“ I came for the Monday Chicken Riggies special. 2 orders of chicken Riggies and 4 garlic knots, $21.99. I got it to go. All ordering is done at the counter whether dine in or take out. This was for a dinner with friends so I ordered 2 specials, especially since I needed some mild, some medium and some spiced hot. My mistake was going around lunchtime. I was getting hungry watching everyone eat and the food smelled wonderful. They were very efficient taking the order and I waited maybe 10-15 minutes...... which was good as they were busy. As soon as the server brought my order I asked her for a plate and silverware so I could eat some right away. It was hot, just a little spicy, full of sauce and a nice amount of chicken. It was delicious and I'll definitely be returning for this special. ”

“ After a meh version of chicken riggies in Watertown the night before, I couldn't leave upstate NY without getting a good one. Haley, the front desk person at Holiday Inn Express recommended Francesca's and couldn't have led us better. I got the chicken riggies - love that they allow for a choice of heat level. After the night before, where it was all heat and not much other flavor, I ordered medium heat and it was perfect. The rigatoni were clearly well made, with the perfect texture to carry the spicy vodka sauce. The chicken was tender breast slices, and the green bell peppers were perfectly cooked. The onions could've used a tiny bit more caramelization, but otherwise, this was among the best chicken riggies I've had, especially for take away. My spouse got chicken franchise with the homemade pappardelle. The noodles were incredible, and the chicken was perfectly tenderized and breaded before cooking. The sauce was definitely lemon butter. If I were to change something, id go a bit easier on the butter sauce so the noodles could stand on their own. ”

Add a salad I love their antipasto, and you could feed a family or have multiple meals! Great pizza and wings as well, always very prompt delivery. Lobster ravioli and chicken Parmesan are a couple of my other favorites! Festive decor for the holidays. ”

“ This is a fast casual spot, with a cute ambiance. There are a few booths and tables to eat there, and then lots of people get takeout as well. I ordered at the counter and my food was brought out to my table. The service was quick and friendly. They offered me a drink while I waited for my food. I ordered the lasagna and it was plated very well. Really decent portion for the price I paid. The sauce had a good flavor and the lasagna had both sausage and beef. I can't wait to go back and try some other dishes. ”

If you gave this place anything less than a 5 star. You're the problem lol we went both nights we were in town. Use cell phone to order go up to counter , pay pick up a table number, grab drinks from fridge , waitress brings food to table , eat enjoy and they clean up table. QR image up front, semi self serve. 2 bathrooms, one for customers and one for employees. A solid 4 star restaurant. ”

“ Small little hole in the wall and so glad I stopped by! Decent thing crust pizza with a pretty decent sauce and perfect melted cheese. Looking forward to trying a non pizza item next time but was worth the 20 minute wait! ”

“ Busy lil place. Bunch of younger girls running the front end on a record breaking HOT June night. Really just "ok". We've never been here before, unsure of the flow. We asked if we sat ourselves or needed to wait- she told us to just hang on. Ok, no problem. Before we knew it a line was forming & people were ordering. I finally asked what the process was and another gal rolled her eyes and said get in line, order & seat yourself. I saw on Yelp people mentioned specials. I asked about weeknight specials & she said none. When we got to the table there was a sign on the table that said pie & wings special. Just frustrating but food was good. Food was hot & fresh. The teriyaki wings were delicious! Chicken parm was great & the motz cheese on it was verrrry good! ”

“ We are staying in Syracuse for the week for some medical related things. I had a procedure done on Monday and when I woke up from the anesthesia I distinctly remember asking the nurse for a recommendation on pizza She suggested Francesca's and boy did it hit the spot. My husband and I planned on splitting a medium pizza but the girl at the register said they had a special going on with the large pizza and it was actually cheaper to get a large. There was no need to twist my arm, large it was! The restaurant was clean, staff were friendly, service was quick, and pizza was delicious!! The complimentary garlic bread really hit the spot, too! ”
